COVID-19 Questions, Answers, Facts, Myths

Join us to learn where we are currently with COVID-19 and the vaccine rollout.  BNC member Annette Pinder, publisher of Buffalo Healthy Living magazine, will separate the facts from the disinformation.  Some of the key topics include:  Are the vaccines safe and how were the vaccines made so quickly?  Are the vaccines safe for women who are pregnant or nursing?  Who paid for the vaccines, and do I have to pay for one?  Can I take Motrin or Tylenol before I get the vaccine to reduce effects?  Is it safe to take if I had an allergic reaction to a vaccine in the past?  Are the current vaccines safe against the variants?  Will the virus ever go away on its own?  Will we need to change the vaccine to accommodate variants?  How does mRNA work?  Does the new Johnson & Johnson vaccine work?  What treatments do we have for COVID?

This will a great session to help you stay informed and learn more to protect yourself, your family, and friends.

Buffalo Healthy Living is a daily source of news updates and free articles on health issues.  It’s also now on WBBZ TV – Channel 67 over the air and on Direct TV and Channel 5 on Verizon Fios, Spectrum, and Dish.  The shows are broadcast at 8:00 PM on WEDNESDAYS with an encore on SATURDAYS at 12:00 noon.
