Mindfulness - New Beginnings, New Year

Lisa NaporaVIRTUAL

Mindfulness is a way of living with greater attention and intention, and less reactivity and judgment. Growing scientific evidence on the personal and professional benefits of mindfulness has fostered its migration into every sector of society, including the workplace. Today, mindfulness is not only considered important, it is a necessary leadership capacity.

Learn about mindfulness and how practice can help reduce stress, minimize burnout, and enhance resilience. Come away with practical tools to support your wellbeing. Consider integrating mindfulness into your self-care plan and start the year off right!

Lisa Napora, PhD, is an educator, consultant, cofounder and Director of The Mindfulness Alliance (www.themindfulnessalliance.org). She teaches and gives workshops on mindfulness, mindful leadership, and self-care, and works with many organizations to support the development of mindfulness programs and initiatives. Her work supports the infusion of awareness-based practices within all sectors - building bridges to engage whole systems for well being.
