Upcoming Events

Everyone is welcome to attend two of our events as a guest. This does not include the December or June fundraisers. After the second regular meeting you attend, we will ask you to join our organization.

There are NO refunds for any events and if you do not show after registering you will be billed. The events are always on unless the location is closed.

Registration prior to the meeting is required due to counts needing to be in prior to the event. No walk-ins or paying at the door. We ask that you please pay by credit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Just check out as a guest. If you are paying by check the check must be received prior to the meeting date.

April Meeting - Painting with a Twist

Please join us for an evening of networking and fun at Painting With a Twist!

No creative or artistic skills are needed. Painting with a Twist is all about connecting with friends over a glass of wine (or soda), your favorite snacks and a night of laughs.

Oh, and you’ll also learn how to paint!

Painting with a Twist started from humble beginnings in 2007 when two enterprising women - Cathy Deano and Renee Maloney - started doing their part to rebuild their Hurricane Katrina-devastated community. They wanted to create an escape for people to come together and have a little fun amidst the chaos - and that's precisely what they did!

From hosting the very first event in Cathy's "barn" to now hosting events in 300 franchise locations across the nation, Cathy & Renee's small business they originally called “Corks & Canvas” has become an entire industry, the paint & sip industry.

Date: April 5, 2023
Time: 5:30-8:00pm

Location: Painting With a Twist, 3735 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY   14225  (In the Consumer Square Plaza - next to Marshalls)

Cost: $45 per person (includes your own painting , Casual dinner of Sandwiches, snacks, cookies, soda and water)

Please feel free to bring a bottle of your favorite wine/beverage!

WHO WE ARE

NYS Women, Inc Buffalo Niagara Chapter is a group of women of all ages representing a broad spectrum of employment fields. Since our Charter in 1934, we have promoted full participation, equality and economic self-sufficiency for all working women.
