Upcoming Events

Everyone is welcome to attend two of our events as a guest. This does not include the December or June fundraisers. After the second regular meeting you attend, we will ask you to join our organization.

There are NO refunds for any events and if you do not show after registering you will be billed. The events are always on unless the location is closed.

Registration prior to the meeting is required due to counts needing to be in prior to the event. No walk-ins or paying at the door. We ask that you please pay by credit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Just check out as a guest. If you are paying by check the check must be received prior to the meeting date.

June Meeting - A Picnic Social Meetup

“A Picnic Social Meetup”

You’re invited to our first in-person event since 2020!  The Buffalo Niagara Chapter of NYS Women, Inc. is holding an outdoor picnic social meetup at Glenwood Pavilions in Fogelsonger Park, 8355 Greiner Road in Clarence.  This is YOUR opportunity to catch up – safely! – with all your BNC friends.  

  • This is a BYOB event: your beverage – adult or non-alcoholic – must be in plastic or aluminum can.  NO GLASS containers, glasses or pets.
  • We’ll meet “rain or shine” since the park has a pavilion.  Tables and benches are available but we suggest you bring a folding chair.
  • To keep everyone safe, masks are required and we’ll be socially distancing during this outdoor meetup. 

 

Location: Glenwood Pavilions in Fogelsonger Park, 8355 Greiner Road, Clarence

Time: 530pm / 6pm dinner

Dinner:

Enjoy your choice of a fresh, delicious individually boxed Sub sandwich meal from DiBella’s!

Every boxed meal includes a small classic-style sub on plain bread (includes lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese with mayonnaise and mustard on the side), a bag of Lay's chips, and a Grandma DiBella's Chocolate Chip Cookie.

Reservation must be in by June 11th. No on site payments or walkins. 

Cost :  $12 per person
