Natalie Brown, BNC member and Woman in Leadership honoree, is hosting the 4th Annual Project 308 Art Festival on Saturday, Sept. 17th, 2016, 12:00 - 5:00 pm on Oliver Street between Schenck Street and Robinson Street in North Tonawanda. The festival will feature over 50 artists, music throughout the day, a kids' tent, food trucks, a beer tasting, a group exhibition in the Project 308 Gallery and more!
