There will be a buffet:
Assorted Sliders on Brioche rolls: Turkey w/cranberry chutney mayo & alfalfa sprouts on, Roast Beef w/,herbed aioli & alfalfa sprouts and Vegetarian chickpea & quinoa ‘burgers’ with herb goat cheese spread & alfalfa sprouts
Garden Salad w/ red peppers, cucumbers, carrots, sprouts & tomatoes on a bed of mixed greens, served with house-made balsamic vinaigrette [croutons served on the side]
Pearl Couscous Salad red pepper, scallions, pecans & currants tossed with house-made honey-chili vinaigrette
Dessert- Assorted Cookies/ coffee
