Exhibitors planning to sell products must have a valid NYS sales tax number and collect appropriate sales tax. Please note: no electric outlets AVAILABLE. Set up time: 4:00 pm day of event; NO earlybird setup. Exhibitors will assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims existing out of injury to person or property.
