Picnic - A Picnic Social Meetup
You’re invited to an online conversation about where YOU are now – mentally, physically, and spiritually – after our year of COVID-19.
Although the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of NYS Women, Inc. will gather virtually over Zoom for its monthly meetings in 2020, it will still offer a shared “in real life” experience for members.
This is going to be a great session for you to Stay Informed and Learn More to protect yourself and your family and friends.
This March we celebrate historic victories as part of Women’s History Month commemorations, held annually nationwide since 1987.
Our meeting is all about “engagement and encouragement” as we learn from each other some new ways to engage virtually.
VIRTUAL - Mindfulness is a way of living with greater attention and intention, and less reactivity and judgment.
This year, we’re “all in” on all online! While we won’t be together in-person, we can still share conversations over a glass of wine, and celebrate holiday diversity.
VIRTUAL - During our current pandemic crisis, have you had to rethink old ways of doing things and be more open to new ideas? Speaker, Kim Marie McKernan
VIRTUAL - LET’S DO THIS! Let’s tell our brains what to do “new story,” instead of our brains telling us what to do “old story!”
